Liesbeth is the project director for the ‘organically’ developing Marineterrein Amsterdam. She transformed the Westergasfabriek in Amsterdam from a sordid quagmire to a metropolitan culture park. Liesbeth studied Dutch and drama, worked as a theatre producer, communications advisor, project manager, and as the director of Westergasfabriek BV. She possesses an extensive network in culture, finance, online, property, and the world of creative professionals.
She is a member of the advisory boards of the Dutch Creative Residency Network (DCR Network) and the Associatie Culturele Marketing en Communicatie (association for culture marketing and communication, ACMC). She is also involved in the ‘Meerhierover’ heritage project and in creative professionals festival Maker Festival Twente.
In her free time, Liesbeth enjoys playing the piano, being a DJ, and managing De Drifft. She is a slow cooking fanatic, and loves outdoor activities.

Joep is a driven initiator and the manager of local and international collaborative projects for urban and district (re)development. He is inspired by working with coalitions to exploit opportunities on the European market. He creates overview and structure and brings complex assignments to a successful conclusion.
Joep works on projects relating to cities, districts, and Europe for clients in Southeast Europe and the Netherlands. He witnessed the birth of Eurodite: the Romanian-Dutch agency for European city and regional development projects. Joep studied policy and management in international organizations at the University of Groningen and is a member of Zeppelin: the Romanian platform for city, society, and technology.
In his free time, Joep enjoys running and travelling, and is a devoted dad and wine connoisseur.
